How do I cancel my subscription?

Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Guidy → Cancel
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Guidy → Cancel

How do I delete my account?

Open Guidy → Settings (gear icon) → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data and saved plans.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in with the same Google account you used for the original purchase. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases.

Are AI recommendations accurate?

Our AI provides suggestions based on real places and data, but we recommend verifying opening hours, prices, and availability before visiting. Ratings shown are approximate and based on public data.

Which languages are supported?

Guidy currently supports English, Turkish, German, French, and Spanish. The app automatically uses your device language.
