1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Guidy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Guidy is an AI-powered travel planning application that provides personalized travel recommendations, itinerary creation, and travel-related content. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Tier: Limited plan generation with advertisements.
• Premium Subscriptions: Available as weekly, monthly, or yearly plans with additional features including unlimited plans, ad-free experience, and advanced AI features.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's subscription settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
• Resell or redistribute the app's content or services

6. AI-Generated Content

Travel recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all suggestions (ratings, prices, opening hours, coordinates) are 100% accurate or up-to-date. Always verify critical travel information from official sources before making travel decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, features, and content are owned by Guidy. Your travel plans belong to you, and you may export or share them freely.

8. Limitation of Liability

Guidy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate travel recommendations, service interruptions, or data loss.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app's settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data and saved plans will be permanently removed from our servers.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
